Having exceeded 40 years in Estate Agency I am still as passionate and as dedicated as I was when I started. I am a firm believer in long hours and hard work and I am desired to transmit this energy and commitment to my team. Our objective should be to ‘exceed our clients expectations‘ in the effort that every client ‘should think we are only dealing with them’. The best agents are those who never lose sight of being people focused and keep the human contact. Despite how much easier technology has made our jobs, you still cannot beat a phone call to inspire some action. In my very limited spare time I enjoy most sports and walking with my wife and our dogs, Alfie and Jessica, stopping off occasionally at a local hostelry for some light refreshments.
Johanna has worked in sales in the development, new homes and estate agency for over forty years. She has managed property sales in a competent and compassionate way, taking pride in taking the stresses and strains away from the vendor and buyer alike. She very much believes in the personal approach.
I am a charismatic individual with an eye for detail. I have worked in the Estate Agency business for many years, both in the rental and management of property and more recently in administration where I keep the ship running as smoothy as possible. In my spare time I enjoy walking my dogs and visiting local towns and cities, exploring the local architecture and cultures.
