Having exceeded 40 years in Estate Agency I am still as passionate and as dedicated as I was when I started. I am a firm believer in long hours and hard work and I am desired to transmit this energy and commitment to my team. Our objective should be to ‘exceed our clients expectations‘ in the effort that every client ‘should think we are only dealing with them’. The best agents are those who never lose sight of being people focused and keep the human contact. Despite how much easier technology has made our jobs, you still cannot beat a phone call to inspire some action. In my very limited spare time I enjoy most sports and walking with my wife and our dogs, Alfie and Jessica, stopping off occasionally at a local hostelry for some light refreshments.

Sam Waddington NAEA, is an experienced agent having worked in both sales and lettings across Oxfordshire. He takes a detailed approach and is qualified with the nationally recognised Propertymark NAEA Level 3 award. He understands that every sale is different and creates a bespoke plan for each of his clients in order to achieve the best results.

I have spent most of my working life in sales and progressed into Estate Agency in 2018, firstly working in London before moving out to the Cotswolds. I am passionate about people and ensuring that their dreams and ambitions come true when the sell and buy through Mark David Estate Agents. I work tirelessly with them once a sale has been agreed to ensure that the conveyancing part of the transaction goes as smoothly as possible. The most enjoyable part of my role is handing over the keys on completion day.
